Can you ship to store Patagonia?
You can place an order online at Patagonia.com. If an item is available for pickup, select “In-Store Pickup” after choosing a color and size on the product page. If the In-Store Pickup option is not shown, the item is not available at your selected location.
How long does Patagonia free shipping take?

Who delivers for Patagonia?
We ship by Purolator Ground and offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $100. When Purolator is closed for a Canadian Holiday, Elements Inc. will ship within 2 business days after the Holiday. If you prefer to receive your order quicker, please call us at 1-604-382-2283 for a Purolator Express shipping quote.
Is Patagonia shipping free?

Patagonia offers free shipping for orders from $75 and above. So if you wait until you have a budget of over $75 before you purchase, you can skip the $8 to $10 shipping fee. You can also use a Patagonia coupon code for a lower shipping fee.

Does Patagonia ship UPS or USPS?
For all orders placed on our US website for delivery to the international locations above, your order will be shipped using UPS Worldwide Expedited from: Patagonia, 8550 White Fir St., Reno, NV, 89523, United States. The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method.
How do I track my Patagonia order?
To check the status of your order, visit our Order Status Page and enter the order number and last name associated with the order. You can also log in to your Patagonia.com account to view your order history. We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed.
How long does a package take to arrive after it ships?
USPS First Class: for packages that weigh 14oz or less. Average arrival time is 2 – 4 days with delivery confirmation. USPS Priority Mail: for most packages. Average arrival time is 1 – 3 days with delivery confirmation.
You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Patagonia—both new and sale items. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached.
Are Patagonia returns free?
Visit our Returns page. You will need your order number and email to begin the online return process. We recommend using our $5.00 return shipping label which includes tracking and insurance. The cost will be deducted from your refund amount or merchandise credit.

Patagonia stores are happy to accept your returns or help out with an exchange! To find a store near you, use our Store Locator and look for the Patagonia-owned stores in orange. Please bring the invoice/packing slip that came with your order and original form of payment (credit/debit card) if available.
